Steven D. Kimmel - CEO

Since inception in 1999, Mr. Kimmel has served the Company as chief executive officer, president, secretary, treasurer and chairman of the board of directors of RealCast Corporation in Florida.

Mr. Kimmel received an MBA, (1971) from Florida Atlantic University, located in Boca Raton, Florida, with majors in Finance, Marketing and Economics, with a B.A. in Geography and Economics. He was employed by the Securities and Exchange Commission, E.C. Division of Corporate Finance from 1970-1980, as Senior Financial Analyst and Acting Assistant Branch Chief. This division was responsible for the review of all corporate reports and primarily for the review of New Issues prior to their going public.

Ella Sherman - VP Marketing & Human Resources

Ms. Sherman serves as the company's vice president of marketing and human resources. Ms. Sherman holds degrees in business and marketing. Ms. Sherman has over five years of management level marketing, merchandising and human resources experience. Ms. Sherman is responsible for RealCast Corporation marketing efforts and day to day office management, also assisting in sales support.

Terry Owen- VP Sales

Terry has over 20 years of national sales, strategic marketing and business and policy development experience with a variety of public and private sector organizations. While working with IBM, Terry was responsible for the management and growth of an entire multimillion-dollar vertical category. In addition, he has national and international business relations expertise. Additionally, Terry has been instrumental in the establishment and growth of a number of technology-based ventures specializing in technology assessment and forecasting, strategic planning, and technology transfer issues. Terry is a graduate from Almeda University.
