Universal Property Management is one of Halifax's leading property management specialists in commercial, residential, industrial, multi residential, and retail complexes. The company provides a wide spectrum of management services including: Property Management, Asset Management, Systems and Communications, and Marketing.
The Paramount is a high end rental complex located across from Public Gardens in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia. To reflect the high-end building, they required a high-end design and content management system (ssCMS). ssCMS is used to keep occupancy lists, building information, and site content up to date for their viewing audience. Visitors may also contact the client for rental inquiries and general questions.
The design was created using images of the nearby attractions and utilizes the shape of the building pediments to draw attention to the navigation system. The site also uses a simple Flash intro on the home page to focus attention on the three key features of the site: The Location, The Building and The Suites. Through typography and geometric styling, BrightWhite Design Group created an interface that mimics the Art Deco style of the building architecture.
